📋 Description
• Lead the strategic vision and execution of vehicle purchasing operations across the U.S. • Manage end-to-end fleet purchase demand planning, ensuring alignment with key financial and supply chain objectives • Liaise with senior fleet vendors to negotiate best-in-class pricing and forge strategic partnerships • Maintain full ownership of contract-related data integrity and ensure accessibility of all purchasing data • Prepare and present fleet purchase demand reports and strategic proposals to Senior and C-Suite Leadership • Drive cross-functional alignments by developing sophisticated financial models
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in fleet purchasing, demand planning, supply chain, or a related field • At least 3 years in leadership role managing teams and vendor relationships • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Accounting; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel • Extensive experience leveraging tools such as QuickSight and AWS for advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision making • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills • Results-driven leader who operates with a high degree of ownership
