📋 Description
• Handle breakdowns and accidents, ensuring customers receive a replacement vehicle quickly • Liaise closely with insurance companies and roadside assistance providers • Process orders promptly with a customer-focused approach • Manage inbound and outbound communications via email and phone • Create orders and efficiently reserve requested vehicles • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during stressful situations • Contribute to a collaborative international remote team committed to service excellence
🎯 Requirements
• Customer-focused attitude • Fluent in German and English • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus • Strong communication skills • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including availability for night shifts (22:00–06:00) • Teamwork and collaboration within an international team • Solution-oriented mindset to identify issues and propose effective solutions
