📋 Description

• Ensure that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle in the event of breakdowns or accidents. • Work closely with various insurance and roadside assistance providers, processing their requests promptly via email or phone. • Create orders and reserve the requested vehicles for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus. • Basic experience with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook). • Strong ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring satisfaction in every interaction. • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-changing work environment, including availability for night shifts. • A collaborative team spirit that contributes to an international and dynamic environment. • Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
