📋 Description
• Ensure private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle in the event of breakdowns or accidents • Collaborate closely with insurance companies and roadside assistance providers • Manage inbound and outbound communications via email and phone • Create orders and reserve requested vehicles accurately and efficiently • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during stressful situations • Contribute to a collaborative international remote team committed to service excellence
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus • Strong ability to understand and anticipate customer needs • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts • Open-minded, communicative, and confident in both written and verbal communication • Effective problem-solving skills
