β’ Own the full P&L and commercial strategy for both SIXT+ and Classic Long-Term Rentals β’ Define and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategy covering pricing, acquisition, retention, segmentation, and revenue expansion β’ Lead the transformation of SIXT+ and Classic Long-Term into a scalable, standalone division β’ Steer cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Product β’ Serve as the primary US interface for global SIXT+ and Long-Term product teams β’ Lead expansion decisions across geography, channel mix, and B2B/corporate fleet β’ Develop business cases for fleet planning, capital allocation, technology investment, and headcount β’ Represent the business internally and externally, building brand presence, credibility, and market reach
β’ 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership, including 3 to 5+ years at Director or VP level with full P&L ownership in a subscription, long-term mobility, or recurring-revenue business operating in the US β’ Proven track record scaling subscription or long-term mobility businesses β’ Highly fluent in P&L management, unit economics, and building data-driven business cases β’ Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and customer lifecycle management β’ Experience in matrixed organizations, driving commercial outcomes through influence rather than authority β’ Strong background in business transformation, managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the presence to influence at every level, including C-suite and Board
