• Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities • Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services • Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections • Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators • Provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned
• At least 2 years of management experience • Fleet maintenance experience preferred • ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components • Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications • Ability to travel up to 20% • Can work a flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts • Must be at least 21 years old • Authorized to work in the United States
