📋 Description

• Ensure bookings are placed on appropriate systems accurately and send out and retrieve paperwork where necessary • Establish new and develop existing business through relationships with customers via professional email and telephone correspondence • Answer calls from customers to assist with queries, offering advice, support, and information, and recommending company products • Complete all associated paperwork relating to vehicle transfers and yard checks • Maintain appropriate face-to-face interaction, hospitality, and professionalism towards clients on site • Accurately calculate rental estimates, chase quotes, and follow up

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced Agent role, preferably within the Hire industry • Adaptability to excel in a dynamic environment and work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team • Attention to Detail to ensure accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections • Strong communication skills for clear and friendly interactions with customers, even in busy settings • Flexibility to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours, ensuring continuous service • Valid driving license and a minimum of 12 months driving experience
