📋 Description
• Analyze and document business processes in collaboration with business functions, IT system experts, and the RPA CoE • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and design scalable RPA solutions • Develop and optimize RPA solutions using UiPath while adhering to best practices • Continuously optimize existing automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, driving RPA awareness and adoption • Define, maintain, and improve internal CoE standards, methodologies, and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions—preferably with UiPath or similar RPA technology • Comfortable with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or HTML • Skilled at analyzing, modeling, and documenting complex business processes to identify and evaluate automation potential • Excellent at gathering, structuring, and translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications for automation solutions • Effective communicator, able to present technical topics clearly and facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders • Build strong relationships across departments and engage stakeholders collaboratively throughout the project lifecycle
