• Own end-to-end analytics on customer questions like acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell, churn, and lifetime value • Design, analyze, and operationalize experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to optimize digital journeys, pricing, promotions, and CRM campaigns • Build and maintain customer segmentations, churn models, and lifecycle frameworks • Conduct deep-dive analyses across web, app, and station touchpoints and connect insights to business impact • Develop clear dashboards and metrics to enable self-serve insights and data-driven decision-making • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, driving strategic initiatives across the business
• 3+ years of experience in customer, product, or growth analytics, ideally in an international environment • Expert in SQL • Skilled in Python or R for advanced analysis, modeling, and wrangling large datasets • Confident in experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression, time series, and retention analysis • Experienced with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Quicksight) • Skilled at data storytelling for non-technical audiences • Ability to translate complex business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations • Excellent English skills; German or other European languages are a plus
