📋 Description

• Lead full-site technical audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, GSC, and similar tools. • Diagnose and prioritize issues across crawling, indexing, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture. • Collaborate with developers to brief and validate technical fixes. • Conduct keyword and intent analysis to identify high-value growth opportunities. • Create and evolve organic growth roadmaps that drive SQLs, demos, and MRR — not just rankings. • Analyze performance trends and identify the fastest routes to impact using data-led decision-making. • Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers who handle day-to-day client comms, reports, and scope alignment. • Contribute to internal frameworks, case studies, and processes that enhance Skale’s organic growth methodology.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong technical focus. • Expert in tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio. • Deep understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, and page speed optimization. • Experience running and implementing technical SEO audits and collaborating with dev teams to deploy changes. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and growth metrics. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client strategies at once.
