📋 Description

• Design, operate, and optimize Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi clusters • Plan and implement high-availability solutions and live migrations • Analyze and optimize the capacity and performance of CPU, memory, storage, and network resources • Perform maintenance, patching, and upgrades • Support infrastructure migrations and hardware refresh projects • Analyze and resolve hypervisor-level issues with a focus on long-term stability • Create and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks • Collaborate with expert teams on impactful IT projects

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and Windows Server • Strong expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi • A good understanding of data center architectures, including SAN, storage, networking, and backup concepts • Proficiency in PowerShell • A structured, analytical approach to work, with the ability to remain solution-oriented when troubleshooting complex issues • Fluency in English • Proxmox (nice to have) • Xen/XCP-ng (nice to have) • Automation (nice to have) • Monitoring solutions (nice to have) • Veeam (nice to have) • Linux (nice to have)
