📋 Description

• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects with a focus on SharePoint and Exchange • Migrate on-premises and tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 environments using industry-leading migration tools • Perform migration assessments, testing, cutovers, and post-migration validation to ensure successful project delivery • Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve technical challenges throughout the migration lifecycle • Automate migration and administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and consistency • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality migration projects for enterprise customers • Help enterprise customers across the DACH region design and modernize Microsoft 365 collaboration environments • Improve communication, adoption, and digital workplace experiences using Teams and SharePoint

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises) • Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations • Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 migration projects • Experience using migration tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint • PowerShell scripting skills • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Strong English skills • B2/C1 German skills (nice to have) • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams (nice to have) • Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900 or AZ-104 (nice to have)
