📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven adult web platforms (chat + image generation) • Shape roadmap, prioritize features, and guide team toward high-impact deliverables • Stay ahead of AI and NSFW industry trends and competitive landscape • Lead agile ceremonies: planning, grooming, reviews, and maintain a sharp backlog • Translate business goals and user needs into actionable development tasks • Propose, launch, and analyze A/B tests to drive growth, retention, and monetization • Gather user feedback and convert insights into product improvements • Ensure compliance with legal, billing, and platform rules while enabling innovation • Track performance with analytics dashboards and AI-specific monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading agile product teams in high-growth environments • Hands-on experience managing AI-based platforms (bonus: adult content experience) • Strong grasp of software development and AI fundamentals (LLMs, image models, HuggingFace, Replicate, OpenRouter) • Experience with custom image model training and advanced prompt chaining • Proven ability to launch scalable products and iterate quickly • Experience with marketing and monetization strategies for digital platforms • Professional-level English communication skills • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and 2-week sprints • Experience with tools: Jira, Trello, Figma, Slack, Zoom • Comfortable working with NSFW/adult-themed content
