📋 Description

• Conduct sales meetings with pre-qualified leads • Identify client needs and present the firm’s legal services • Negotiate, overcome objections, and drive contract closing • Formalize contracts and track sales results • Address initial questions about services, legal processes, and client support • Record and track opportunities in the CRM integrated with WhatsApp

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • At least 3 years of experience in SDR, closer, or consultative sales roles • Hands-on experience conducting sales meetings • Experience with negotiation, objection handling, and contract closing • Experience engaging directly with clients • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) (a plus) • Sales experience at a law firm or legal services company (a plus) • Experience with CRM systems and WhatsApp-integrated customer service (a plus) • Legal knowledge to understand and answer clients’ initial questions (a plus) • Strong communication, responsibility, and persuasion skills
