📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of approximately 300 cases • Handle matters related to the public treasury and governmental entities • Draft court pleadings and monitor judicial deadlines • Conduct client meetings and coordinate case strategy • Monitor cases in electronic judicial systems • Handle matters involving public servants, military personnel, and pensioners.

🎯 Requirements

• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) for at least 5 years • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Courts of the Public Treasury (Varas de Fazenda Pública) • Experience managing an active caseload in the public sector • Knowledge of electronic procedural systems such as PJe, ePROC, and ProJudi • Postgraduate degree or extension course in Administrative Law, Tax Law, Military Law, or Public Law • Experience with matters involving public servants and military personnel • Experience in law firms with a high case volume • Ability to manage multiple strategic matters simultaneously.
