📋 Description

• Lead e-commerce platform implementation projects from planning through delivery. • Provide technical management for a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. • Perform configurations, integrations, and parameterizations on e-commerce platforms and CRM systems. • Gather technical and functional requirements from clients. • Document processes, validate deployments, and monitor post-go-live support. • Act as a technical consultant, proposing improvements and strategic solutions for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Minimum of 2 years' experience with e-commerce platforms. • Hands-on experience with VTEX and Shopify. • Experience implementing and configuring e-commerce platforms. • Experience with system integrations. • Experience providing consultative client support. • Preferred / Nice-to-have • Experience with CRM implementations. • Knowledge of integrations with ERPs, payment gateways, and customer support platforms. • Process-oriented profile with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
