• This is a remote position. • SkillHat is a global training institute providing expert training & career development. • You’ll own and scale the entire delivery system of our member transformation experience. • You’ll lead both strategy and execution, working directly with the founder. • Design a repeatable framework to source, vet, and onboard Director+ level coaches. • Curate and coordinate live monthly sessions. • Own speaker ops: prep, content alignment, event production, and follow-up engagement. • Collaborate with the Founder & RevOps to align coaching with revenue, retention, and referral goals.
• 4+ years building or scaling coaching, learning, or member-driven programs (Maven, Reforge, Chief, OnDeck, Monday Girl, etc.) • Strong instincts in adult learning design, accountability systems, and coach enablement. • You’ve led or built coaching networks, learning calendars, or program operations. • You think in systems and act with urgency — you can turn a spreadsheet into a growth engine. • You’re comfortable in a founder-led, fast-paced startup where ambiguity is normal. • You believe in transforming lives and can blend empathy with operational excellence.
