📋 Description
• Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities for commercially viable conference topics • Develop comprehensive, intellectually engaging agendas with clear value propositions for attendees • Identify, approach, and secure thought leaders, keynote speakers, and panelists from relevant industries • Partner with marketing teams to create compelling promotional content • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of conferences, ensuring content quality and audience engagement
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5+ years in conference production (business or legal sectors preferred) • Strong research, critical thinking, and networking skills • Proven ability to build relationships with SMEs and senior stakeholders • Commercial acumen to develop profitable conference concepts • Bachelor’s degree (JD or MBA preferred) • Multilingual candidates (e.g., French, Spanish, or German) are a plus • Background in defense, aerospace or technical industries is an advantage.
