📋 Description

• Oversee complex implementations and multi-faceted learning delivery engagements • Oversee multiple customer engagements simultaneously • Ensure successful Skillsoft Percipio platform implementations/integrations paired with Professional Services engagements • Oversee complex learning delivery and strategy engagements • Ensure resources are aligned, tasks are completed on time, and scope is managed • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget • Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility • Establish project plans and schedules • Facilitate project deliverables with cross-functional teams • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques • Provide high-level oversight of projects within a customer portfolio • Track and review project accomplishments and results against plans • Execute risk management to meet business priorities and quality standards • Communicate project status to internal and external customers and management • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Project Manager experience, preferably in a professional services environment, with a Bachelor’s degree • Experience with Platform as a Service • Experience managing projects as a billable consultant • Robust experience with virtual and collaboration web tools • Ability to conduct business in a virtual environment with multiple virtual teams across multiple time zones • Desktop application skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Teams • Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Project management, time management, and organizational skills • Team player and strong relationship builder • History of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight • Knowledge of LMS or LCMS platforms and preferably integration of learning content with LMS platforms • Knowledge of talent transformation, Learning & Development, organizational learning, and/or change management
