📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage research programs and projects using project management methodologies, tools, and institutional processes • Track project progress, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources • Analyze data and prepare clear, actionable reports for principal investigators and research stakeholders • Coordinate research activities and ensure alignment with institutional policies, procedures, and deadlines • Collaborate with faculty, research teams, and administrative offices across campus • Provide guidance and process support for research administration, compliance, and research operations workflows • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation strategies • Identify efficiencies, best practices, and process enhancements • Lead and facilitate communication among diverse stakeholders • Coordinate activities across internal and external partners for large-scale, multi-institutional, or high-risk research initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of professional experience in project management, research administration, or a related field • CAPM/PMP Certification required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences • Ability to interface and collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team-based environment • Demonstrated knowledge of project management and research administration • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and accuracy
