📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end implementation and projects for Cleo's B2B integration, EDI, and Supply Chain Solutions • Plan and execute customer implementation projects • Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations • Conduct project kickoffs and status meetings • Manage risks, issues, and change requests • Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and customer teams • Track project progress and provide regular updates • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful go-live • Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts • Use AI to accelerate project delivery by drafting implementation plans, summarizing customer requirements, and generating documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) • 6-9 years of Project Management experience • Experience with SaaS implementation projects • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or Supply Chain solutions • Ability to use AI responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining quality and compliance standards • MBA will be an added advantage • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
