📋 Description
• Develop, customize and provide technical support for the Jira platform. • Ensure that workflows, automations and reports are aligned with agile methodologies and the company's internal requirements. • Create and maintain workflows, forms, screens and screen schemes. • Configure custom fields, contexts and request types. • Create and adjust automations within the tool. • Organize and maintain native queues in Jira Service Management. • Develop queries and reports using JQL. • Implement and support Atlassian extensions (Assets, Deviniti or similar). • Provide technical support and collaborate with business areas. • Document configurations and processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields. • Experience with Jira Software and/or Jira Service Management. • Knowledge of workflows, automations, screens, fields and contexts. • Familiarity with JQL and Jira administration best practices. • Atlassian certification (Jira Administrator or similar) — a plus. • Knowledge of Assets, Deviniti plugins and DevOps integrations — a plus. • Experience in Service Management (ITSM) — a plus. • Basic knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) — a plus.
