📋 Description
• Serve as a frontline expert in delivering world-class support and high-accuracy geospatial data products • Work closely with technical, product, and operations teams • Identify and address customer issues with client products • Educate and empower users to enhance their experience • Create and maintain documentation answering FAQs • Troubleshoot and deliver pristine geospatial data products • Ensure delivered data meets end-user requirements and SLAs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering or any related course • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Team-first attitude, self-starter approach • 1+ years of experience using other photogrammetry and GIS tools, such as Pix4D, Agisoft, Global Mapper, QGIS, ArcGIS, etc. • 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting data processing issues in automated data processing pipelines • 1+ year of experience with databases, preferably MySQL • 1+ year experience providing direct technical resolutions
