📋 Description

• Build data intelligence to support commercial and operational decision-making • Identify commercial opportunities • Monitor business performance • Build and maintain KPIs • Structure, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data for the B2B business • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Looker Studio for the Sales, CRM, Product, and Operations teams • Support the definition, development, and monitoring of metrics, KPIs, and management views • Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analyses of customers, products, channels, and logistics performance • Automate reports and analytical processes using SQL and Python • Identify opportunities to improve processes, pricing, and operational performance • Validate data quality, consistency, and reliability • Collaborate with the Data, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to improve databases and analytical views • Present analyses and insights using data visualization and storytelling • Support business teams in interpreting data and transforming analyses into practical recommendations • Take a hands-on role in building and evolving data analytics solutions, prioritizing requests according to business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related fields • Experience with BigQuery and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and basic query optimization • Experience with Looker Studio and Business Intelligence tools • Knowledge of Python for data analysis and report automation, using libraries such as Polars, Pandas, and NumPy • Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics, as well as basic data modeling concepts • Advanced Excel skills • Analytical and structured thinking, with a strong business orientation • Strong communication skills and the ability to transform data and analyses into practical recommendations • Hands-on, self-directed profile with strong prioritization skills • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in e-commerce logistics, e-commerce platforms, or supply chain • Knowledge of CRM, sales funnels, customer segmentation, and customer analytics • Familiarity with pricing models, demand elasticity, and logistics performance analysis • Experience with other BI tools, such as Power BI and Kibana • Graduate degree or specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence • Advanced or fluent Spanish, especially for interaction with teams and stakeholders from other countries
