📋 Description

• Generate new customer leads through field visits, cold calls, and local promotions • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for broadband connections • Conduct door-to-door sales, area mapping, and participation in local marketing campaigns • Explain broadband plans, pricing, and service benefits to potential customers • Collect customer information, verify documents, and ensure timely activation of services • Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding • Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries in coordination with the support team • Track daily sales performance and submit reports to the Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and persuade customers • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in sales approach • Basic understanding of Broadband / Telecom products • Good organizational and time management skills.
