📋 Description

• Oversee marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including YouTube, websites, media, Instagram, coupon platforms, and CPA networks • Onboard new affiliate partners, signing agreements to ensure clear terms • Review videos, media, metadata, and other content for alignment with commitments • Launch, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across key regions • Monitor, measure, and analyze campaigns to achieve ROI targets • Build, nurture, and reactivate relationships with affiliates and influencers • Evaluate historical and current data and marketing strategies to improve campaigns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless asset delivery and coordination • Research and stay informed about new technologies and trends in affiliate marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience driving results in affiliate/partnership or influencer marketing • Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms, such as Impact or Rakuten • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, etc., at a strong level • Proven experience using AI tools to optimise marketing campaigns • Experience with CPA • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is highly desirable • A data-driven approach to work; strong analytical and fraud management skills • Great sales and negotiation skills • Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian communication skills
