📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of standardized, reusable CI/CD pipelines, enforcing quality gates, branching governance, and robust release discipline across engineering teams. • Establish strong CI foundations to improve build validation and early defect detection, while implementing structured deployment automation to enhance release reliability and traceability. • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and containerization practices to ensure environment consistency and parity across the development lifecycle. • Assess maturity levels, drive the adoption of automation standards, and provide technical leadership by integrating code quality tools and automated testing frameworks into daily workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience • Proven track record of leading CI/CD transformation initiatives • Experience implementing pipelines from low or fragmented maturity environments • Strong experience with modern CI/CD platforms (Git-based CI, Jenkins, or equivalent) • Experience enforcing Git workflow governance and merge discipline • Hands-on containerization experience and exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms • Strong scripting skills and ability to operate independently and influence engineering teams.
