📋 Description
• Handle tenant maintenance requests • Coordinate vendors and ensure timely completion of repairs • Serve as main point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance issues • Create and manage maintenance tickets inside AppFolio • Dispatch appropriate vendors and maintenance technicians • Monitor open maintenance requests • Follow up with tenants to confirm repairs were completed properly • Communicate updates to property managers when necessary • Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activity in AppFolio • Assist with other property management administrative tasks when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with AppFolio (required) • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) • Previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination • Experience working with U.S.-based tenants or property managers • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) • Strong phone presence and customer service skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple maintenance requests simultaneously • Comfortable coordinating vendors and contractors • Must be willing to remotely log into the client’s computer when required
