• Deliver accurate BAS lodgements and maintain clean financial records • Provide clients with clear, actionable financial insights • Prepare and lodge accurate Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) • Maintain accurate financial records across a portfolio of clients • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes for timely collections and payments • Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams for accuracy of transaction recording • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports offering insights for decision-making
• 5+ years experience as a Senior Accountant within Australian Accounting • At least 3 years managing SME clients directly • Excellent communicator • Proficiency in cloud systems like Xero and Dext • Ability to prepare and lodge accurate Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) • Capability to oversee accounts payable and receivable processes • Experience in assisting in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
