📋 Description
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams • Understand the systems that support customer and patient journeys • Own data availability and troubleshoot integrations • Measure and improve performance of lifecycle campaigns
🎯 Requirements
• Zero to three years of experience in Product, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Marketing Technology, or a related technical field • Interest in developing product management skills • Ability to learn new platforms and understand system configurations • Comfortable reading API documentation and testing requests with tools like Postman • Attention to detail • Experience with Customer.io or similar lifecycle marketing platforms
