📋 Description

• You'll be the technical expert behind our bid responses, transforming construction drawings, specifications, and customer requirements into professional engineering packages that help win projects. • Design commercial AV systems for competitive bids • Develop shop drawings, pull sheets, and technical documentation • Identify scope gaps and project risks before they become costly issues • Collaborate with sales to deliver technically sound proposals • Support our engineering team with additional engineering and design work between bid opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of commercial audiovisual system design or engineering experience • AVIXA CTS certification required (CTS-D preferred) • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, D-Tools, Bluebeam, and related AV design tools • Ability to read architectural and construction drawings • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bid deadlines • A detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys collaborating with others and delivering high-quality work
