📋 Description

• Execute and verify hiring/onboarding processes, vacations, leaves of absence and terminations. • Process and close payroll. • Calculate labor and social security charges and contributions (INSS, FGTS and IRRF). • Submit and verify information to eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital and other ancillary obligations. • Prepare termination calculations and perform homologations when necessary. • Administer employee benefits and manage electronic timekeeping. • Assist clients by clarifying questions related to labor legislation and personnel procedures. • Monitor collective bargaining agreements and ensure correct application of current legislation. • Produce management reports and perform periodic audits of the department’s processes. • Stay informed about changes in labor, social security and tax legislation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields. • Proven experience in Personnel/HR, preferably at an accounting firm. • Knowledge of payroll routines, vacations, terminations, social charges and ancillary obligations. • Experience with eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital. • Intermediate Excel skills. • Good communication and client service skills.
