• You independently and responsibly carry out commissioning and repairs of complex PV systems in the commercial and industrial sector — including communication, configuration, parameterization and functional testing. • You approach technical problems in a structured way, analyze faults on site and develop individual solutions for occurring malfunctions. • You provide system-supported feedback on your assignments and carefully document the work performed. • You instruct supporting installers or service providers on site when required and coordinate tasks locally. • You also support the Contact Center when needed by answering customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
• You have vocational training in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge and bring solid skills in IT and networking. • You are familiar with the structure and components of photovoltaic systems and can apply this knowledge effectively in practice. • You have experience working with customers, demonstrate advisory competence, empathy and a professional manner — even in challenging situations. • You are prepared to work across Germany, hold a valid Class B driving license and are willing to travel; you take high personal responsibility. • You have English skills at B2 level, regularly participate in training and actively share your knowledge within the team to help everyone improve.
