• 8+ years of experience in Analytics, Insights, or Business Intelligence, ideally within SaaS/subscription or consumer-facing businesses. • Strong track record of turning data into business outcomes (growth, retention, monetization). • Experience in commercial analytics, consumer insights, or data consulting; consultancy + in-house experience is a plus. • Leadership experience in growing and managing data teams, including cross-functional collaboration. • Familiarity with data platforms and engineering principles (enough to collaborate, not to code). • Degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Marketing Intelligence, or similar - combining analytical rigor with commercial acumen. • Curiosity & proactivity: constantly spotting anomalies and digging deeper. • Business-first perspective: data is a tool to drive outcomes, not an end in itself. • Pragmatic, data-agnostic problem solver - focused on outcomes, not just methods. • Strong communicator: able to simplify complex insights, influence leadership, and inspire teams. • Stakeholder management: prioritization, negotiation, and challenging business requests.
