📋 Description

• Conduct training for new hires • Provide refresher training and uptraining for existing agents • Coach agents who need help improving their performance • Identify skill or knowledge gaps and what may be blocking improvement • Demonstrate processes, observe agents, and provide practical feedback • Support both voice and non-voice teams • Use performance results to identify where additional coaching or training is needed • Track progress after coaching or training

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant coaching, training, or team support experience • Experience coaching or developing frontline agents • Previous Trainer experience is a major plus • Strong spoken and written English • Warm, approachable, and engaging personality • Strong coaching and communication skills • Able to identify why someone is struggling and determine the right support • Comfortable working with performance metrics and giving constructive feedback
