📋 Description

• Ensure optimal coverage of the assigned store network • Secure product listings and distribution (numeric distribution) • Implement merchandising initiatives (secondary placements and visibility) • Optimize the volume and placement of promotional displays • Manage the highest-priority Christmas promotional stands • Prospect for new customers • Prepare reports and provide competitive intelligence to management • Increase market share in compliance with the sales policy and retailer-specific agreements • Work as a pair with an experienced Area Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license required • Daily travel required • Previous successful experience in mass-market retail • Understanding of in-store operations • Autonomy, organizational skills, and rigor • Determination, with strong sales and negotiation skills • Dynamism and responsiveness • Perseverance and commitment • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent professional presentation
