📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery; • Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction; • Act as an expert advisor to clients (providing recommendations), in collaboration with the account manager; • Analyze situations and apply a problem-solving approach; • Take a proactive approach by enhancing projects when opportunities arise; • Co-produce project documentation and ensure it is updated as needed (e.g., work plans, schedules, team briefs); • Maintain project scope and identify risks, proposing solutions to ensure successful delivery; • Ensure efficient, proactive day-to-day delivery with cross-functional teams; • Provide daily support to the team by coordinating design, front-end and back-end development, SEO, and hosting activities; • Maintain team motivation; • Be responsible for quality control of projects; • Participate in continuous improvement of working methods and in project retrospectives; • Stay up to date on web trends by continuously updating your knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a discipline relevant to the role; • 3 to 5 years of project management experience; • 1 to 3 years of experience in the digital field; • Significant client relations experience; • Experience analyzing business needs to propose effective digital solutions to clients; • Knowledge of the HubSpot CMS (an asset); • Experience with e-commerce projects (an asset); • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written; • Good knowledge of quality assurance processes.
