📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems. • Service supermarket rack refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-in cases, and related equipment. • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability. • Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed. • Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service. • Follow all company and industry safety standards and refrigeration best practices. • Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 emergency service. • Assist with additional service work as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience • Strong experience working with supermarket or convenience store rack refrigeration systems • Ability to troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment independently. • EPA Certification required. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Experience working with multiple refrigerants. • Technical training through a trade school, apprenticeship, RSES, or equivalent field experience. • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality workmanship. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
