• Install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment. • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer equipment to minimize downtime. • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues using tools, schematics, and technical manuals. • Document all service activities, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service. • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a safe and organized manner. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. • Communicate effectively with customers, providing technical explanations and service recommendations in a clear, professional manner. • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests as required. • Attend training sessions and maintain up-to-date certifications as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial foodservice equipment, appliance repair, HVAC, or a related field. • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. • EPA Section 608 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
