📋 Description
• Coordinate and execute sales training initiatives • Partner with sales leadership to drive consistency in sales disciplines • Design and implement structured onboarding programs • Manage multiple concurrent sales enablement initiatives and timelines • Track and report on training effectiveness and sales process adoption
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, project management, or a related field • Experience supporting or implementing formal sales methodologies • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience developing training programs or operational playbooks • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools (Salesforce or similar) • Analytical mindset to measure program effectiveness
