📋 Description

• Enhance product quality by developing automated tests • Improve QA processes throughout the development lifecycle • Share QA expertise with the engineering team • Analyze the current QA approach and identify improvement opportunities • Deliver structured short- and long-term QA improvement plans • Develop understanding of the product and key workflows • Contribute to test development and participate in code reviews • Execute prioritized QA improvements • Develop and maintain automated tests based on team priorities • Take ownership of QA responsibilities for a specific product area • Apply advanced test analysis techniques to design adequate test coverage • Define and lead automation strategy based on risk and scalability • Keep automation frameworks and QA tools current and maintainable • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality early in development • Mentor team members and share QA best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in QA automation • Strong problem-solving and task prioritization skills • Skilled in test planning, prioritization, documentation, and test design • Hands-on experience with Playwright; familiarity with Selenium • Proficiency in TypeScript or another OOP language; Python is a plus • Experience using AI toolsets across test design, automation, and reporting • Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks • Knowledge of REST API testing tools including Postman, REST-assured, or Playwright API • Understanding of Unit, Integration, and End-to-End test layers • Familiarity with Allure and TestRail • Comfortable using Git, including branching strategies and merge request workflows • Basic understanding of GitLab CI/CD is a plus • Awareness of load/performance testing tools; Locust or K6 is a plus • Experience participating in refinement, sprint planning, and QA sign-off processes • Effective communication in cross-functional teams • Advanced written and spoken English
