📋 Description

• Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for: • Sales pipeline analysis and customer intelligence • Internal knowledge management • Operational reporting and business insights • Executive decision support • Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG • Build and maintain AI agents that combine semantic and keyword search across internal knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data • Manage infrastructure for AI services, with support from DevOps • Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions • Help drive AI adoption and AI-first thinking across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar • Basic coding skills (Python), or strong motivation to learn quickly • Comfortable with the command line, basic Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) • Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to turn business needs into practical AI tools • English and Russian proficiency required
