📋 Description

• Manage DevOps and Infrastructure teams • Improve and maintain the technical infrastructure supporting Smartcat development, deployment, and operations • Ensure availability, scalability, and reliability of staging and production environments • Define and enforce SRE and DevOps best practices • Enforce rigorous CI/CD testing and reviews to eliminate release errors • Maintain staging infrastructure with 99.9% uptime • Implement resilient systems, procedures, and disaster recovery plans to achieve 99.99% product availability • Accelerate CI/CD pipelines and environments to decrease lead time • Build and manage an engineering team across regions and time zones • Strengthen the hiring process • Provide expert technical guidance, coaching, and career development for team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business • 5 years of experience in DevOps and SRE, maintaining high-RPS distributed products • Data-driven decision-making and ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics • Ability to build relationships with neighboring teams and act as an interface between the team and its environment • Strong hands-on DevOps experience in a leading role • Experience building complex CI/CD pipelines • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experience with various deployment strategies • Experience implementing secure development environments • Practical experience developing and maintaining large scalable cloud applications • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with .NET Core, MongoDB, Vue 2/3, Kafka, Elasticsearch, GitLab CI, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Jaeger, and Kubernetes
