📋 Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews. • Reconcile HR Billing documents. • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials. • Help maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to provide insights to the team. • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations as needed. • Support employees during Open Enrollment and benefits implementation. • Opportunity to take on a project that the intern can create and develop from scratch.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and candidates. • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster relationships with diverse individuals. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and very comfortable learning new tech tools. • Must have experience with Google Suite (i.e. Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) • A strong desire to learn and grow within the human resources field. • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Positive attitude with a collaborative spirit and a passion for working in a team-oriented environment. • Must have a very strong attention to detail.
