⢠3-5 years of experience in business development, partner management, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or technology company. ⢠Strong understanding of media partnership ecosystems and their value in driving business growth. ⢠Strategic with a bias for action ⢠Superior cross-functional collaboration skills ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify technical and contractual concepts. ⢠History and evidence of meeting and exceeding targets. ⢠Comfortable helping to lead complex negotiations. ⢠Ability to lead analysis-driven processes and have proven closing skills (internal or external). ⢠Able to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. ⢠Excellent presentation skills and ability to build relationships. ⢠Bonus points for experience in CPG. ⢠College degree required, BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing preferred.
