🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a four-year university • Strong academic background in at least one subject area (math, science, English, or related coursework) • Ability to clearly explain concepts to middle and high school students • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, reliable, and professional • Comfortable working with students in a virtual learning environment • Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic support experience preferred
