📋 Description

• Drive the Business Analysis capability within Trading IT and ensure strong alignment between business objectives and technology delivery. • Act as the primary link between Trading business stakeholders and IT teams. • Lead the translation of strategic priorities, operational needs, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable requirements. • Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development to a team of Business Analysts. • Work closely with business stakeholders and external partners to shape solutions and improve delivery outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience within energy trading or a similarly complex, regulated environment. • Strong knowledge of front-, middle-, and back-office trading processes and the end-to-end deal lifecycle. • Proven leadership experience managing and developing Business Analysts. • Extensive experience delivering business analysis for complex IT change programmes. • Strong understanding of ETRM platforms and trading systems.
