📋 Description
• Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with deal size USD100mn+ (excluding closed-end funds and SPACs) • Produce data-driven methodology to score and rank deals • Create Pre-IPO company tearsheet • Conduct Pre-IPO fundamental research • Provide Pre-IPO valuation and pricing insights • Deliver Post-IPO trading summary and lock-up expiry preview • Offer high-touch service for select institutional clients including pre-deal positioning, market intelligence, management meeting questions, Excel models, bespoke notes (NDA-driven), post-deal lock-up expiry trades, and desk access via email/messaging/calls within first six months
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (5 yrs+) • Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets • Demonstrated ability to write research
