• Manage invoices, track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and keep financial records accurate and organized • Provide general admin support to our operations team • Update customer records and help with purchase orders
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Billing Clerk, or A/R Specialist • Skilled in Housecall Pro and Google Workspace • Excellent communication and accuracy in data entry • Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable • Experience in plumbing or trades is a plus.
