📋 Description
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies tailored to South Asian and SEA crypto casino audiences • Drive player acquisition, deposits (crypto and fiat-to-crypto), and revenue growth • Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, media buyers, streamers, influencers, and crypto-focused partners across target markets • Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships • Negotiate RevShare, CPA, Hybrid commission structures, contracts, and promotional deals • Monitor affiliate performance using tracking platforms and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI • Stay current on crypto casino, iGaming, and Web3 gambling trends, competitor affiliate programs, and relevant game/product launches • Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with local regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gambling standards • Provide regular reporting on affiliate performance, player acquisition, and revenue metrics to leadership • Collaborate with marketing, VIP/CRM, product, and compliance teams • Resolve affiliate inquiries, disputes, and payment issues, including crypto payouts • Build and manage local, native-language affiliate networks • Represent the brand at regional iGaming and affiliate conferences and events across Asia
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 4+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, crypto casino, or online betting (B2C) • Strong existing network of affiliates and partners across South Asia and/or Southeast Asia is highly preferred • Solid understanding of crypto payments, wallets, and blockchain-based gambling platforms • Fluency in English required • Proficiency in a regional language (Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Bahasa, or Thai) is an added advantage • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with affiliate tracking software and performance data to drive decisions • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partners and priorities across time zones • Working knowledge of compliance and legal considerations for iGaming/crypto affiliate marketing in the region is a plus • Willingness to travel within the region for partner meetings and industry events
