📋 Description

• Build and optimize customer journeys from onboarding to long-term engagement, with clear performance improvements. • Improve monthly customer retention through personalised and targeted engagement strategies. • Increase engagement performance (e.g click-through rates) across email and pop-up channels. • Track market, competitor, and customer trends and turn insights into practical improvements. • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign results to continuously improve lifecycle performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Campaign Management, CRM, Life Cycle Marketing, or related roles. • iGaming experience is mandatory • Experience supporting retention or engagement-focused campaigns • Fluent/ Native in Thai and English (spoken and written) • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and lifecycle data • Experience in online platforms, or fast-paced digital industries • Familiarity with lifecycle, CRM, or campaign management tools • Basic understanding of customer lifecycle models and segmentation
